Furcraea selloa
A spectacular large succulent that lends a high desert look to the garden. This species is thought to have originated from Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Fiber can be made from its leaves. It can take years to go to flower, but after its floral fireworks, unfortunately it dies!

Habit: Forms a rosette of spear like silver-green leaves 3 to 5’ wide and tall, and green flowers bloom on 20’ tall flower stalks in Spring once plants reach maturity
Light: Full Sun to Partial Shade
Soil: Good drainage
