Variegated Tequila Sage

Salvia gesneriiflora 'Lewis Carroll'

A variegated version of the glorious tequila sage, discovered and named by our local horticultural wizard and variegation king, Bob Hornback. Pale cream leaves subtend its flower clusters, setting off the flowers mightily! Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds orbit this giant beauty all day when in bloom. Deer don’t like the taste or scent, but flowers are edible to us!
