Lesser Catmint
Nepeta neptella
A wonderful edging plant with its minty fragranced leaves and profuse delicate lavender flowers that are some of the best attractants for honeybees ever. It has been used traditionally as a culinary herb in Tuscany, particularly in dishes featuring mushrooms and artichokes. Also makes a soothing herbal tea.
