Coyote Mint

A charming California native mint that grows in chaparral, coastal sage scrub, and woodland habitats. It has shiny ovate dark green leaves and lavender pink flowers in pom-pom inflorescences that are attractive to butterflies. This plant was used by Native American groups as a remedy for stomach aches, respiratory conditions, and sore throat. It may also be steeped into one of the all-time best tasting mint teas!
