Also called “brahmi” and “herb of grace,” bacopa is a staple plant in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It contains powerful antioxidants, and is believed to reduce inflammation, boost brain function, and prevent anxiety and stress. In our climate it must be very well protected over Winter or grown as an annual.

Water: Grows in wet, tropical environments. Its ability to thrive underwater makes it popular for aquarium use
