Golden Culinary Sage

Salvia officinalis 'Aurea'

Golden sage has the same aromatic and flavour properties of traditional culinary sage, but boasts lovely yellow and green variegated leaves that are a contrast to the grayish leaves of common sage. You can harvest leaves just as you would common sage and use culinarily in the same manner, but you get a more appealing foliar display that adds some punch to your herb garden. Deer resistant, drought tolerant, and bees love it!
