Michaelmas daisies are the queen of late season flowers in the garden, blooming into October with beautiful shades of lavender and purple with orange centers. Flowers are absolutely swarmed by pollinators, and because of their great height, can be spectacular in large arrangements.

Habit: 4 to 8' tall

Light: Full Sun

Soil: Likes good garden soil but will tolerate sandy and clay soils. Divide every three years and refresh the soil to keep plants healthy.

Origin: Northeastern damp meadows of Northern America
