Varigated Fishwort
Houttuynia cordata 'Chameleon'
This variety of fishwort has very colorful leaves, but otherwise is identical to the non-variegated version. It is commonly grown as a leaf vegetable, and is used as a fresh herbal garnish. The variegated variety is beautiful to put in salads, and is often grown as a showy ground cover. Careful, this plant can be a bit invasive.
