Wasabi’ Arugula

Diplotaxis tenuifolia 'Wasabi'

A wild arugula with a flavour surprisingly similar to the popular Japanese condiment wasabi! Has a short season but if the flowers are pruned it will keep producing more leaves. Harvest early before hot weather, or grow as a Fall crop. Very popular and a favorite of our visitors who have tried it.
