White Globe Thistle

Echinops sphaerocephalum

A lovely addition to gardens, this plant is drought tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant, and is a magnet for bees, and particularly butterflies. Rarer than the more common blue-flowered globe thistle, its perfectly globose white flowers are great for both fresh and dried flower arrangements. Wonderful to grow with the blue species!
