Wild Arugula/Sylvetta

Diplotaxis tenuifolia 'Bellezia'

This wild arugula relative has a fiery nutty pungency and is more heat tolerant and cold tolerant than standard annual arugula, but grows much more slowly and attains only half the height. Its distinct look is considered an essential component of gourmet winter greens mixes. Flowers are also edible.
