East Indian Lemongrass
Cymbopogon flexuosus
The strongly lemon-scented leaves are used in cooking. They are good in stir-fry, with seafood, in soups, curries, sauces, pickles and tea. Fresh leaves can be frozen for later use. Will grow nicely in a large container that can be brought in during the Winter.
