Capsicum chinensis
This pepper produces beautiful elongated 3.5″ bright yellow pointed peppers with a searing heat similar to habaneros, with a Scoville Unit of 125,000 to 325,000. The flavour is citrusy and complex, and because of its thin walls the fruit is often used as a drying pepper.
