An all-green species of Okinawan spinach. The young, slightly fuzzy leaves are tender so they can be eaten fresh in salads, added to smoothies, soups, stir-fries, or made into tea. Especially flavourful when cooked! Looks great in the garden when planted with red Okinawan spinach.
