Mitsuba

Cryptotaenia japonica

Mitsuba is a culinary herb with uses similar to those of parsley. It tastes somewhat reminiscent of green celery, with a very distinct additional aroma component. In Japan the fleshy stems are also eaten as a root vegetable.
