Pink-Flowered Pineapple Sage
Salvia elegans 'Frieda Dixon'
This is a much later blooming variety of pineapple sage, with softer salmon-pink flowers that are great in fruit salads or tea. It has a sturdier habit than all other varieties of pineapple sage, and looks beautiful with red-flowering varieties.

Origin: Jon Dixon found this accidental hybrid in his Woodside, California greenhouse in the early 1980s
